cancellation and kid policy:

We require a credit card on file to hold any appointments. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will result in full payment of service booked. No Call No show will automatically be charged for the full amount of the appointment scheduled. If you are in need of cancelling or rescheduling, please contact us ASAP to ensure you are not liable for payment of service.

Please keep in mind we do start our services as promptly as possible. If you are running late, please let us know. We want to ensure that you are getting the attention and time that your service requires as well as staying on schedule for our other guests. When in doubt, give us a call!

We LOVE kids and we all have them! Some stylists perform services for kids while others do not. We do ask that you please be mindful of the environment, other peoples services and our space capacity. Please try to limit extra guests at your appointment due to limited space capacity. Thank you for understanding and creating a relaxing safe space for all of our guests to enjoy!
